3. We arrange showings for the best properties meeting your criteria.
4. We share our network of trusted mortgage professionals with you; mortgage brokers, building inspectors, lawyers, designers, contractors etc.
5. We organize and attend a pre-offer home inspection, if required.
6. We don’t stop searching until you've found the perfect home.
7. We guide you through the offer process with our 70 years of experience and recent comparable sales. Together we establish the right offering price, expectations and limits.
8. We negotiate the offer on your behalf. We have a proven track record successfully negotiating multiple offers.
9. We help your transaction close smoothly, down to the last detail. We discuss related costs, organize your purchaser’s visits and provide referrals and other important information.
